They were 8 young girls almost setting in the car carriage above the window. Gently looking at them, thinking what to speak! I was looking at asking who's the eldest among you. I did not shout at them, tough they were driving me crazy, they are from Hourani Family & the building belongs to them, trying not to interfere with them, there insisters originally from Syria. Lot of kids in this neighborhood, even playing in the streets from other families. Then went back home to carry the tree to give it to the land lord. Coming back home, & there lot of shouting surrounded & about me. I started to think what the fucking shit going on? Their grand mother Shouting & filling the entire place with her lousy voice saying things about me, He's drunk, He's abusing the girls, he wanting to take them to his house, he's & so on! & she wants to call police.  Young boys comes with the gifts & say's we don't want your gifts & turned back the gifts to me saying don't you ever speak to the girls again, I said ok. Damn, what's wrong with her! Then the upper family the son & his mother been looking at me telling me knock & call Aum Adel the land lord mother of mine. I said why should I? She wants her! She comes & calls for her! Why all this shouting? So I went home started to drink! I know I did not do anything bad to any. Started to think about what I had gone through & witnessed in this location. Lot of things I went through. Those children were throwing stones big stones before! from up to below where my window is. Starting from tomorrow I me will check for a better place. I will find a flat in second floor or third better than ground, less voices. This location driving me crazy. My landlord are good family. Sometimes we share food together. Living so close to them almost door to door. Now this old mother, the landlord of mine, this morning speaking to me to tell me, I know you did not do anything bad. Even her grand daughter was complaining about those girls while she was studying, can not concentrate from their voices she said yes & even she used to speak to them for her grand daughter to study. Once before: I used to have a leakage from bed room wall. Water comes out from a wall! Where from this water to go through the wall! So checked & came to know, it's from those Hourani family building. Their tanks were leaking with lot of water. I asked some one, a man, he said, ok I will fix it & sorry for that. I said I painted the flat & I hope it won't happen again! He said today I will fix it. I said ok. Wait for few days to pain the wall again after filling with white cement & putty. It caused damage to the wall other than my time by taking the 2 packets filled with from the leakage. Guess what! After 3 months it happened again! Same leakage from same place. So reaching to the same building finding the inner thank has a leakage from it's tap. Then children said, this happened today, suddenly this old grand mother of their shouting on me from her window telling me don't play with my God in Arabic dirty language. Go I will fix it. Now again damages they caused. Other than that, to take the hand bag from below the bed to take my cloths to hang them in the air to get them dry. Did they pay fro the damages they cause me? Again wanting to paint for 3rd time in one year. Actually this leakage been there since the time I hired the flat. Once been told by my landlord that almost five years before they been trying always to speak to the neighbors about, but never been fixed. This flat my aunt that teaches in the school & lives near by in an old Jordanian lady Emily Haddadin building & Elias brought me to live here in Ashrafia. Other than that, that day when I said about one lady wearing a scarf a Muslim lady trying to open the door on me at 4:30am. Is a true story. Later on been told by my aunt that she been caught by the police. I asked her, how did you know, she said your landlord told me so & there is 3 houses been theft in same location. The question is: What are they doing to me since the day I lived in this location. What is their religion? I have an ID why they can not respect that? I'm same as any of them! Now I still feel those Moroccans still hacking on me by a scanning brain from different location. They cost me hell of problems as I stated in here. I still have that statement of the damages they damaged in the flat & some missing items, but there were no action due to so much Mafia relationships. I also heard that two Moroccans were shopped & thrown in a garbage trolley by a Tunisian lady while I were trying to rent the flat a long time back. She wanted to rent the flat, but she said it's big for her. Years after I rented those Moroccan girls. During this period I been so honest with them treating them so good, but they were bad & tried to explain several times for them to evacuate the flat. During this period I also heard that some share holder of their business been shot by some drunker. I couldn't do a thing to get my losses from. I also read in the Local news papers that two Asian girls' bodies been found in such trolley in a place called Abu Nessair. Terror activities are there & God knows better. I also remind him about his ID; he said he'll give me a newer ID copy to attach with the contract. End of March I will put white Zifta on the roof & paint the small room in the flat. In 2nd August, 2013 Mr. Hamorabi paid only for 3months JD. 1050 & said he will pay the remaining 3 months rent after two months "documented in two copies me & him" because he & family "he, wife & daughter" going to Iraq for visit their families. Mr. Elias is a witness, been there with us. Today is 31st October. 3months passed. A week before I called & he said: I'm waiting money from Iraq within few days; I'll call you when ever I get the money. Today I gave him 2 missed calls & still waiting him to call. A 2 years contract starting 1st Feb, 2012 ending 31st Jan, 2014  3 months left for them to evacuate. I been good with them & with previous ones & God knows that as well as those who still spying on me brains or satellites "All are God's". & what about the real God? The insurance payment supposed to be JD.350 as in the contract but he paid JD.250 only in a separate paper. All payments are documented & I have all the papers as well as he "2 copies for each". I guess Hamorabi understands that I have responsibilities too, because I told him so. So I have to wait. How am I living? Just like that, waiting as promised. This what Arab promises in most of times. As if time having no meaning. Time waste, as if time has no price or no meaning. The question is, would they agree if I waste their time as how they wasting mine? There is flat contract & there is rules signed by both sides! Some rules been broken by him. Law from Jordan. He said that another 2 years contract after 31st Jan 2014 is wanted because I asked him if he wants to renew or not. Now I relax till that time. I got nothing against him but only the time delay. I sent my sister a cell phone message stating so. I wish everything to go on well with every one so there won't be a time waste or losses to any. A self respect with understanding people whom you deal with is a national world wide security as well a home land security. The water comes mainly on Tuesday; it seems it appears it comes also in Monday. What happened, I came early morning from down town, finding the widow old lady the land lord Aum Adel standing telling me your tank is leaking & I just closed this tap. I said ok when the water comes I open it & once it's full I will close it. She said ok. I saw Elias & asked him on whom the tank fixings? He said on me. I said ok, Please bring me the tools to exchange the on off switcher in the tank. Next day he brought me the tools & I brought another switcher to replace. Went up & found The Elbow is rusted & the switcher nothing wrong with. The switcher nose is ok & Elbow female nose is rusted & broken. Guess what! The Elbow is welded to the tank. Even a plumber well not fix it. I thought with some cold welding the same which I fixed their kitchen chairs with no charges, just because she is an old lady. It well holds the switcher & the ball attached to the Elbow. I also thought to put some plastic pipe in between to hold it. I did it so nicely & wait to check it when the water comes. Also fixed the broken cape. The water came & there were no leaking "Monday Tuesday was no leaking". I fixed a lock & gave her daughter two keys & kept one with me with explanation to her. I went out in Wednesday in the morning & came to hear the old lady saying water leakage & you're fixing not okay. Went up & checked & found the ball touching the ceiling of the tank. Today Elias came to me while I was sleeping at 1:30 pm, to check on me. I did not call him. As if knowing that there is something wrong. So I told him bout the tank. He said bring you a plumber to remove the welding "union welded with the tank hole" & to fix a new union to the Elbow. He went up to check it. I said wait let me open the tape to check if there is water coming. This tape I use to open & close to check with. When I opened it, he said there is water coming. I told him they opened it from own below. This shows what it is. He gave me Jd.20 to repair it by getting a plumber telling me he might take 10 to 15 Jd. Elias left & I went to get him "the plumber", but the shop was closed. Some one told me after 2 hours he will open. I came back & check the water level & it was almost full. Then I turned the tap off. Everything is ok now. So far. What I see is lot of mistakes from people. I can keep it in this way without repairing. Every Tuesday I will open the tap to fill the tank & off it one it's full! Where the problem is once there is no leakage? I will update when I repair it. I called Elias & told him about the water tank & the electricity bill, he said tell them to check with the ministry of electricity there is something wrong. Then I saw her & told her the same & gave her back the bill. Next day morning, I went down town to purchase the cold welling 2 tubes of tem to try again to fix the tank, Guess what! I did it nicely & there was no leakage. She saw me up working with the tank. I told her it's done. She said today is Wednesday still there is water while she was watering the trees. I said ok I will open the tap & went back up & I said the switcher working just fine & there is no problem. I said that I will keep the tap open to check if there will be any leakage, she said ok. Waiting for 3 hours & there was no problem. I did shove small PVC tube between the switcher & the rusted union & filled with this type of cold welding. I worked for almost 4 hour with it. No there is no problems. Thanks to God. Next day morning, she saw me & said that every body complaining in the radio about the electricity bills. I said refer to the ministry once all of us having this problem. She said right because they are paying all the bills together 3 bills of them. I pay Jd.80 for the rent & 5 for the electricity, & when ever there is more to pay I will pay. I also was reserving Jd.3 for such case with them in case. Paying Jd.513 every 6 months. The unit rate is the same no changes, I got refunded of the last four months after checking with them. They kept the total amount difference of the four months with them for me JD. 25. I get up at 4:30am to see my wall leaks water as if a tap inside the wall. I did expect this going to happen. On 26th, Nov 2014 it started to leak, a non stop leakage! I kept on removing the water & filled 4 big buckets. Just imagine how much I did wait to keep on removing the water. I kept on removing water for 12 hours almost. On 27th at 5:00pm it stopped leaking. That was the first time I did witness Tsunami. Last week on Monday, happened the same till Wednesday. From 1st up to 3rd Dec, 2014. This is the third Tsunami & water still leaking while I'm typing this story. It will take 12 hours to stop due to the ministry of water supply on Monday evening up to Wednesday morning. Do I have to suffer every week for 3 day's? The question is: Why no one fixing this problem? AT the first time I did call the landlord daughter Mrs. Kholoud that works in the same school with my Aunt Anistasia National Orthodox School & she did witness, but did not give tension to it, 2nd time I did speak to her husband Dr. Nabel El Nimri then his wife approaches to me to witness the problem & she said: I have to go & speak about it to the Neighbors who causes this problem to you. I said I tried to speak to that old lady & she said it's not her problem & get lost from here. She said no I will go & speak to them. Walls inside been damaged already! I kept updating with the doctor & his wife as well Because Aum Adel is in the U.S.A (Land lord) Any how both, the doctor & his wife updating her on international calls. Tsunami & Freeze in bed room other than the humidity from walls which effecting even all type of electronic & electrical furniture such as TV. & my laptop completely damaged! Using me for what? When ever I find better location, I will shift into! Today, I broth a worker & took the soil out to reach the ground level. Tomorrow he will use white sand mixed with black cement to cover the ground level so the water to slip out from a drilled whole that I did. This will solve the problem of water leakage from bed room window side. With this Land lord grants that they did do their part concerning water leakage. Any water leakage in the future will be the responsibility of the building attached. The worker got 40 J.D from the Doctor (land lord) for his work to be completely done by tomorrow morning. As shown in pictures. Doctor has no time for workers or to bring sand & cement, so I had to go for after taking his permission. Thank you God. Today 15th Thursday, the worker came & said: I couldn’t find sand! & handed over 20 J.D to me. Actually the doctors wife paid 20 J.D & brought me one black cement from her store room & I paid 20 J.D to him before assuming that they to pay me as promised by the doctor. So the worker took the soil from the area for 20J.D as how I & him agreed from beginning. How to bring the sand & how much will cost me? I went down below the whole & started to clean it up to make it suitable for the water to slip down into the whole that I made. Then I got this Idea: Mixing the wet soil & black cement together with water in a packet & spreading the mixer ( Mud with cement) over the down soil wondering would it work? Calling Elias to tell him so & he said, it wouldn’t work! I said I worked for 4 hours with it! I will wait for tow day's to find out. I kept thinking about it & brought some soil & mixed it with white cement that I have to shape a cross. I felt so tired & later went to sleep. Now it is Friday 16th getting up to check the cross & finding it dry & holding together but it is bet wet still. Now I'm thinking about this mixer! (Mud houses that lasts for 100 of years without leakage!) Oh God I did well! This mixer can also be put as to stop any water leakage from any ceiling & roofs! Believe it or not, it works just fine. The land lord was an old lady with her old husband (Um Adel & Abu Adel) & her daughter (Ragdha). They were dependable & cant do anything concerning maintenance for this flat. All were busy with their family & children all the time. Some times they were asking for a favor from my side. I always standing beside them. Both old lady with her old husband having another daughter (Kholoud) married to a doctor (Nabil) having son & a daughter. Since that time I used to have this problem of water leakage & used to tell both old ones but the problem turned to be unsolved. It was not as this much before, bet leakage in the bed room. 4 times even in summer time. The building beside assuming fixed from their side! I did so much in this flat much of maintenance indoor & yet to have leakage! And yet to work out door & around the flat! Am I a maintenance person? I'm only a renter! The old man died and the old lady with her daughter left to the U.S.A. I left alone with both the doctor & his wife who works in the near by school with my Ant Anastasia. Recently till yesterday I did so much work for the flat as shown in the pictures. The Doctors wife paid J.D 20 only for a worker to take the soil out digging till ground level & gave me 1 bag & half of a black cement from their store. Daily I used to go & collect some wastage sand in front of a near by church to mix with cement. Yesterday I met Mrs. Kholoud & made her to see my work telling her I did my best & I can't do more.
