Small counter for one person only for the owner. The stores has full of goods almost on a daily bases. The entire place has full of movements here & there. The owner & the porters works as a team, hard workers & always updates them selves verbally without any system on a daily bases. If the owner for some reason cant attend to work, means no work today & so on! What I saw! Is what been mentioned above. Daily working hours for 12 hours with no break for 4 persons including the owner, 3 workers doing most of the job. The owner also doing his best. They works with ordinary written papers & not printout. All of them got used to such work as if it is the system! Coexisting. It was running like this for many years 4 to 5. Most seeking reasonable prices while prices differs from one place to another. Tax department some times they go to check on those places: checking the invoices of purchases, sales & the cash in hand of a one day on the spot. Paper system. Cost & sale prices in their brains, papers or in both, for selling & purchasing on a daily bases. Mistakes sometimes takes over in their business.
